Frozen Draft Beer Taps
As you walk through the front door of Strawberry's, you'll immediately notice the mouth watering appeal from our frozen draft-beer taps. Yes, our taps have a solid layer of ice wrapped around the draft beer faucets making sure our spirits are served at the coldest temperatures possible! On several occasions, our beloved customers have mentioned Strawberry's Pub on Social Media Check-ins as the "Frozen Cobra Bar."
How do we keep them frozen you ask? Most draft beer systems are equipped with a glycol refrigeration unit that pumps cold glycerin (Found in ice-packs and baby toys) through the draft-lines that run from the keg cooler to the faucets. Without this application, the draft-beer would be warm and foamy creating unnecessary waist. At Strawberry's, we've invested in a custom application that requires an additional glycol refrigeration unit specifically for our draft-beer towers. This application keeps the faucets so cold that the moisture from the air sticks, building up over time into solid ice blankets. Mouth-watering, right?
Strawberry's offers 19 unique draft beers at a given time while catering to our traditional American, Domestic beer drinkers that have remained loyal throughout our many years in business. You can count on us to keep these traditional beers such as Budweiser, Bud Light, Coors Light, Miller Light, Yuengling, Blue Moon, Guinness, Sam Adams Seasonal & Pabst Blue Ribbon readily available.
As for our craft-beer selection, we have a blast offering new and exciting micro-brews for those who thrive on trying new flavors and styles. To be honest, on our drink list, we market our two "one-keg-and-done" rotating handles on our menu as our "Mystery Tap Handle" and "Mystery Seasonal Tap Handle" because it's nearly impossible to keep up with all the menu updates!
